Higher enrollment for higher ed

When Resurrection University moved from suburbia to Chicago’s historic Wicker Park, this traditional, well-respected nursing school became more accessible to more students from more walks of life. While they were busy relocating and reinventing, we came on board for a brand refresh. The shorter, more dynamic nickname, ResU, became an anchoring element, making the brand more approachable for the diverse, urban student they were recruiting.

A multichannel strategy to reach those students included everything from blanketing the densely-populated neighborhood with banners and bus ads to a range of targeted ads and print pieces that reinforced the message. The payoff was clear. With an innovative program, a beautiful new high-tech, hands-on space and these advertising and marketing efforts, ResU saw a nearly 60% jump in enrollment.
